(1) No action needed for existing members in your org with start live permission
Under the new educator seat system, for your convenience, we have automatically assigned educator seats to current members in your organisations with roles that have the 'start live session' permission.
(2) Action needed for new members who need start live permission
For members in your organisation who currently cannot start live session on their own and you wish to let them do so, or if you are inviting new members to your rooms and they need to be able to start a live session on their own, please refer to our help centre guides for step-by-step instructions on how to do so.
