You can now
send text mesages and broadcast announcements in the new room chat for everyone to see. Normal text messages will be shown in the room chat panel on the right of the virtual room screen. If you have something important to inform all members and you don't want them to miss seeing it in case they have not opened their chat view or missed seeing the new message red indicator, choose to send the text message as a broadcast announcement to all room members. Announcements are shown explicitly in a pop-up window on the top right corner of the screen for all room members, regardless whether they are in the main room, in a breakout group, or on their own personal desk space.
